"Club Des Gais Lurons Maquettistes Du Loiret" Show, 1999

Orléans, France.


A different venue this time, for our second visit to display at a French model show, on
24th & 25th April 1999. The show was held in a Sports Centre on the outskirts of the town.

There are a total of 78 models on the display, all in 1/72nd scale. They were built by four of our members.

The trophy in the centre of the display is our "Best SIG Display" award from the 1998 IPMS(UK) Nationals.

Why the large "Cross of St. George" flag instead of a Union Jack ?

It was St. George's Day !
