These photos show our earliest Nationals Displays and
serve to illustrate not only how our displays have evolved over the years, but
also indicate how the ADTSIG itself has grown, by the rapidly-increasing table
space and numbers of models appearing.
In hindsight, these early displays are "nothing
special" by today's standards - but they are included here for "completeness",
as part of our history.
You can see that the Official SIG Crest/Logo came into
being in 1994 (albeit only in a monochrome version back then !) and, what is
known as the "Corporate Backboard/Sign" - with full colour SIG Crest - made
it's first appearance at the '95 Nationals. Since then, this Backboard has
traditionally appeared at the majority of SIG Displays, not only in the UK, but
has travelled all over Europe too !
