Midnight Hawks, Finnish Air Force

Actual size : 80mm diameter. Notes : This version, with no text on the bottom of the patch, was just for "commercial use" - ie, made available to the general public.	Actual size : 75mm diameter. Notes : This version was only worn by the team members and not available to the public. It was in use up to 2005, until the Finnish Air Force Academy relocated to Tikkakoski AB - but the Midnight Hawks team remained at Kauhava AB, with the Training Air Wing.
Actual size : 75mm diameter. Notes : This is specifically a pilot's patch, individually numbered in gold embroidery for their position in the formation. This particular one is for the number 3, right wing.	Actual size : 100mm x 50mm. Notes : Special nametags made for all the team members when the Midnight Hawks visited the Frecce Tricolori on their 45th anniversary in 2005. The Midnight Hawks promoted their number one hobby, winter swimming, and asked all the attending teams, including the Frecce Tricolori, to join them.... so far, no one has ! They continued to be worn by the 2005 team members until they left the team and no new patches of this kind have been made since.

However, with Kauhava AB due to close by the end of 2013 and the Training Air Wing scheduled to relocate to Tikkakoski AB as part of Finnish Air Force Academy, it is likely that the Midnight Hawks will revert to the previous patch then.	Actual size : 75mm diameter. Notes : This unique, one-of-a-kind patch has three gold "X's" embroidered on it, specially made for the Team Coordinator, Perttu Karivalo.
Actual size : 75mm diameter. Notes : This is also a unique, only-one-of-it's-kind version of the Midnght Hawks patch, with a gold Lion embroidered in the centre. This was made especially for, and presented to, the (then) Commander of the Finnish AF, General Heikki Lyytinen, back in 2006.	Actual size : 75mm diameter. Notes : This version can sometimes be seen being worn by the team members, but this is also a "commercial version" and available to the general public.
